Welcome to Senior Year
Senior year is a wild ride. Seniors enjoy some privileges but are also called to lead, reflect on their school years, and take on tough classes. They’re busy with music, sports, jobs, church, and friendships while shaping their identity, owning their faith, and making big life decisions. At Westlake, we celebrate these joys and challenges and come alongside seniors and their families to help them finish well and step confidently into what’s next.
Senior Mission Trip
The Senior Mission Trip is a cornerstone of our curriculum—a week of service, growth, and ministry. Every senior participates, or completes alternative community service if unable to attend.
Trip cost is about $2,400. Students raise funds through school-organized events and personal support letters, reaching out to family and friends. Online fundraising pages help track progress.
After the trip, students share their journey in a chapel service—parents are invited!
