A Christ-Centered Education Might be More Affordable Than You Think!

With Variable Tuition, many families pay less than the full tuition rate.

At Westlake Christian Academy, we want to make Christ-centered education accessible to families who are looking for a school that shares their faith and values.

We understand that tuition can feel like a barrier. Many families assume that a private Christian school is out of reach - and never take the next step.

That's why we offer Variable Tuition.

Through this need-based program, tuition is adjusted to reflect what your family can realistically afford. In fact, approximately half of Westlake families receive a Variable Tuition award.

You may be able to afford Westlake more than you think.

What Your Tuition Could Be

Through Variable Tuition, many families pay less than the full tuition rate, based on financial need.

2026–27 Tuition: Preschool & Pre-K

For the Early Learning Center, all preschool/pre-k students will select a morning class schedule, and then they may choose to extend their day by adding an afternoon enrichment schedule. This offers additional flexibility to families, as they may choose to send their child fewer afternoons than mornings. For example, a child could attend morning class 5 days a week and only stay for the afternoon on MWF. To calculate the cost for a full day of preschool/pre-k, families will need to total the annual amounts for their morning and afternoon selections.

There is a one-time enrollment fee of $100 for preschool/pre-kindergarten, which is due at the time of submitting the online enrollment packet. This fee reserves your space and is non-refundable.

A Family's Experience

When our oldest child was ready to start Kindergarten, we weren't sure if we could afford it. We had a great experience at Westlake for Preschool and Pre-K, but Kindergarten tuition seemed out of our range.

We were encouraged to apply for financial aid, and we received a Variable Tuition award that made it possible for our family to continue at Westlake.

Now, all three of our children are full-time students, and we are so thankful for ongoing financial assistance.

Apply for Variable Tuition

Variable Tuition is a need-based program that adjusts the cost of tuition based on your family's unique financial situation.

Rather than offering a single fixed rate, Westlake takes a more personalized approach.

This means:

  • Families who qualify may pay less than the full tuition rate
  • Tuition is adjusted to reflect what your family can realistically afford
  • Each family's situation is reviewed individually and objectively

This approach allows more families to access a Westlake education while maintaining the strength of our academic and spiritual programs.

Why Westlake Offers a Variable Tuition Program

Choosing a school is one of the most important decisions you will make for your child.

We believe that education should not be limited by cost.

Variable Tuition reflects our commitment to:

  • Partner with families who value Christian education
  • Expand access to a Christ-centered learning environment
  • Build a strong, mission-aligned community

For many families, this program is what makes Westlake possible.

How it Works

Applying for Variable Tuition is simple and confidential.

Step 1: Apply for Admission
Begin your application to Westlake Christian Academy.

Step 2: Complete the Variable Tuition Application
Submit your financial information through FACTS, our secure third-party provider.

Step 3: Confidential Review
Your financial information is carefully reviewed to determine eligibility.

Step 4: Receive Your Tuition Decision
If you qualify, your Variable Tuition award will be included in your enrollment offer.

Important Notes:

  • Variable Tuition is need-based only
  • Not all families will qualify
  • Awards vary based on financial circumstances
  • All information is kept strictly confidential

Reframing Affordability

Many families assume a private Christian education is simply too expensive. That assumption often prevents them from ever exploring what might actually be possible.

At Westlake:

  • A significant number of families receive adjusted tuition
  • Awards are designed to make enrollment possible, not simply reduce cost
  • The only way to know what your tuition could be is to apply

Many families who initially assume Westlake is out of reach are surprised by what they actually qualify for.

You don't need to make a financial decision today.
You simply need to take the next step.
